I stayed here for 3 nights. Location was unbeatable and incredible, in Salamanca neighborhood. And it was short walk to the airport, and museum's and city Center...

Convenient Location Near Tourist Areas and Plenty of Restaurants and Bars 🌆

This place is in a great spot, super close to all the touristy stuff and the hustle and bustle of the city center. You can easily walk to the main attractions, museums, and popular restaurants and bars.

Staff is amicable and extremely helpful. There is huge room with comfortable beds. The apartment has excellent really close to retiro park, department stores, and museum's and city Center.

Comfy location to visit Fundacion Juan March which is close to the place. Amiable and exceptional staff knows how to make your stay PERFECT.

Fantastic location and amazing apartments with hotel-like services. The staff were super helpful and available 24/7. The gym was mind-blowing with a wide range of equipment. The indoor pool was jaw-dropping. They were very accommodating when we adjusted our stay. The building and apartment were beautiful, modern, clean, bright, and had great bathrooms and balconies. The 24-hour concierge and daily cleaning were wonderful. Will definitely be coming back! Supermarket nearby.

Travelled with my wife and everything was perfect. The hosts of this apartment were friendly. It had an excellent and perfect setting not far from the tourist areas and the overwhelming crows of the Gran Via region...

I had a fantastic stay! The super nice team and the building was beautiful. The apartments were well kitted out and to a very high standard. The location in a lovely area in Salamanca neighborhood was perfect. Everything was completely new in the hotel and the amenities were great. The hotel had a gym, a little swimming pool, and a beautiful balcony in the apartment. The rooms were big enough and comfortable.

No complaints.

The beds were super comfy and there was ample closet space. The shower was wonderful with a rain shower feature. The apartment had a functional living area and kitchenette, making it convenient for a family stay. The building also had a pool and sauna, which we enjoyed after a long day.

We faced a few hassles during our stay. The water was only provided as a compliment on the first day, and there was no water on the other days.

We had a wonderful stay at a spacious apartment in a lovely area in Salamanca neighborhood. the apartment was beautifully designed, with every detail carefully thought out. the bathroom was a standout, with an incredible shower that received rave reviews. the staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, making our check-in process quick and easy. the location was perfect, surrounded by great restaurants and bars, and close to the beautiful Retiro Park. it felt like a home away from home.

That the water in the bathroom tended to flood easily, which was a minor inconvenience.

This place is great for holidays, with friendly staff and an amazing location close to museums, the vibrant Gran Via area, and Retiro Park.

Kitchen needed improvement.

I had an amazing stay at Ayala 63 - The Arc Collection. The apartment was spacious and beautifully designed, just like the photos. I especially loved the balcony where I enjoyed breakfast every morning. The location in the Salamanca neighborhood was perfect with great local bars and restaurants. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and even booked us a wonderful restaurant each night. Plus, the housekeeping was spotless and the building had a beautiful pool and sauna. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Madrid.

We recently stayed at Ayala 63 and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully furnished and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. The location was great, with plenty of good restaurants within walking distance and easy access to tourist sites. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the gym and pool were a nice bonus. We would definitely return on future visits.

La pulizia era impeccabile, il personale molto disponibile e cordiale. La posizione del hotel era vicina alla spiaggia, il che rendeva molto comodo spostarsi. La colazione era abbondante e gustosa.
